It also mentions that booster-supported funds are included as well.
This seems like a massive blow to NIL, threatening to take down the whole system. NIL was supposed to be based purely on marketable value, not fairness. The same amount of funds can't be available to the women's team as the men's. Boosters choose where to send their funds, the University can't force their hand.
