Though the defense improved across the board, it still has a long way to go. The defense needs a talent infusion badly, which hopefully happens. Coach Brown is the man for the job, he just needs the horses.

I believe that the majority of the improvement is a result of the offense staying on the field longer, as evident by the time of possession rankings.

The arrow is pointing up and I am excited to see what year 2 looks like with HCSS and DCBB.

Coach Satterfields plan was exactly the same as Petrino....outscore the other team and run them out of gas....opportune stops and turnovers.
I think the difference is Petrino did this by choice, Satterfield because of necessity.
