A quick update on David McCormack who speaks fondly on Louisville. The Oak Hill junior is tracking as one of the top 5-men in the 2018 class, a group that is very poor at his position on the floor.

Great stuff Corey. Pitino is for sure targeting a big man, most likely a Center in the '18 class to go with Ramey, Simons & hopefully Romeo Langford. From what I've seen McCormack fits right in with what Pitino likes in the post.

Thank you. Yes, I agree with you fully. McCormack might be one of the more skilled big men that Pitino has had during his time at Louisville. While his upside isn't as good compared to others, his immediate abilities to score with his back to the basket is evident.

They're all interested in how many touches they're going to get but, when it's so high on their list that they are talking about it in the interview process - I'd say it's more if a concern.

Not hating on the kid as I saw that he "re-made his body" but from the tape - he constantly looks winded. If he lacks stamina and fouls because of it - that's no good. That was the issue with Chinanu - of course that ended up working out ok so who knows.

Yeah the "amount of touches" is worrisome. We are a team where the big man has to get those touches by rebounding, not by an extremely high number of post ups. He also looks to be a bit heavy. Would be curious to see his work ethic.
