He started 40 consecutive games, and hasn’t improved a day since Satt took over.

I think to be a really good QB you better be willing to stand in the pocket. Malik hasn’t improved his ability to throw accurately in pressure situation. His instinct is to run.

The biggest problem is there is nothing behind him so he never had to change.

Exactly. Every week I watch QBs on other teams, lesser teams, who have decent throwing QBs. Malik’s happy feet, while exciting to watch at times, really haven’t served us well. Satt, I believe, is 20-22 at UL. I believe Malik started all of those games.

So who is our starter? I can't remember when anyone other than Cunningham played QB.

Regardless, the defense must play great to "minimize" our offensive needs. And offensively, we need some great OL play and hard running by the RBs. In other words...old school football.

QB controversy? Just shows what we could be with a more conventional drop back passer. Gotta say I loved the look of today’s offense. So, did Satterfield call this game? Sure doesn’t look like his calling.
