High-level opinion of why the Cards lost (4) games (and should have won others by more points)
1. Brohm's devotion to Plummer. Jack was a liability. No vision, no arm strength, POOR decision making. Jeff stuck to him, we got what we got.
2. Isaac Guerendo: hands down, a SUPERIOR back that wasn't played enough. Makes positive if not big yards every touch. Blazing speed for his size. What does Brohm do? Goes to other backs or poorly devised passing plays with (1) above throwing. Duh?
3. Poor strategy by the coaches. They don't learn or stick to what is working against a particular team. Stubborn. They paid for it.

They won a handful of close games. It tends to even out when you don't have the horses. This is probably a 7-8 win roster. How many former 4/5* guys were starting?

We had the horses. No way the defense plays like they did all season without horses. The op is right. Brohm’s stubbornness cost us the Pitt game and possibly last night.
UK was lucky and FSU manhandled us.
