I have faith that our conference toughness has us ready for the real Tourney.

Of Our last 10 games, 7 were against NCAA Tourney teams, and 2 of the 3 non-tourney games we played was Syracuse twice.

So, any opponent we draw - Michigan, Okie St., Oregon - are all very capable teams, but it's our normal routine to play this caliber of competition where mistakes are magnified, scouting is vitally important, and athleticism is neutralized.

This is a great advantage IMO. Take for instance a team like UK out of a weaker conference who actually won a conf tourney. Even as "conf tourney champs" their last 10 games included only 3 teams that are NCAA Tourney teams. Thus, the fanbase is shell shocked when they see legit, decent teams in their path game after game. More importantly, mistakes the team could hide vs. lesser teams in their final 10 are now more likely to be exploited.

Go Cards! Go ACC!
