With 1 spot left assuming nobody departs, the staff probably wants a guy for immediate impact and this guy doesn't look like it. But they did seem to put alot into looking at this guy so it is another of the weird, which there's lots of that. But maybe they feel they have a foot in the door with NBA Africa if there are other prospects there so it wasn't a total waste, who knows.
