There is an article in the Houston Chronicle this morning about TX A & M having the 3rd ranked(per 247Sports.com) recruiting class in the Country. Ironically its also the 3rd ranked class in the SEC. Their class currently has 22 Commitments. 17 are from the state of Texas.
When your home state does not produce a lot of D-1 talent it makes it very difficult to produce a highly rated class. I would be surprised if we ever have a class inside the top 20. That's why its really difficult to understand why our prior coaching staff was not all over one of the best classes the State of KY has ever produced.
Coach Satterfield and his staff have their work cut out. They are going to have to work their butts off to get the best kids they can and then coach them up.
