Ahead of Saturday’s game at Western Kentucky – moved to 3 p.m. on CBS – the Cardinals program collected holiday toys for kids in the region whose families were impacted by the tornadoes that ripped through the area last weekend.
Louisville held a toy drive at Tuesday’s game against Southeastern Louisiana to benefit Norton Children’s Hospital and Home of the Innocents, and both groups will receive toys, but a portion of those will now go to Bowling Green, as will toys collected at the U of L women’s game Thursday and from an athletics staff donation.
