For all of the folks against Reggie being a slot receiver, please take a look at Braxton Miller. Reggie is more athletic and has better speed and hands than Miller.

Why have an athlete with the ability of Reggie go unused when he could be an all american receiver?

What if Michael Bush stayed at backup quarterback and didnt switch to running back?

Please Petrino make the move man!!!!

Braxton Miller is an elite level athlete. While Reggie would probably succeed at receiver, to say he would impact the game the way Miller does is not reality. Miller is two time Big 10 Player of the Year.

Sorry but Reggie is an elite level athlete as well. See the Notre Dame game and watch him outrun all american dbacks and safties.

There is no other way to put it. Reggie is an amazing athlete as well.

I'm not saying he's not a great athlete or he wouldn't do well and help Louisville at receiver but to compare him to Miller is not realistic. One is going to play in the NFL at a high level and one is probably not

Amobe okoye
Elvis dumerville
Michael Bush
Deion branch
Tom jackson

And countless others that have switched positions and thrived in the nfl.
I believe Reggie would thrive as slot receiver and you don't.

I believe reggie would thrive because he is a better athlete and has a better 40 time than Miller. You have no basis to believe he wouldnt other than your own opinion. My choice is based on facts.

Bease, you are correct, that is my opinion as it is also your opinion. There are no facts to support it. There are countless players who switch positions and make it in NFL. Let's give it a couple years and we can discuss again. It is also my opinion that you are not viewing Reggie's abilities as they compare to Braxton Miller objectively. Buy hey, it's not like our opinions will determine the fate of either guy.

The question is do you put in the package with RB and Lamar together - which is intriguing - with either of them passing the ball? Miller looked like a man out there. Beautiful running style. I believe Lamar would come closer stylistically. I'm ready for Reggie to bust one since I can't remember it happening. And also - still - you'd take Radcliffe out of the back field in that alignment. I have to say I wouldn;t mind seeing that at all. Reggie would be smart to work on his speed.

Why would we move the 2nd QB on our roster to be a 3rd or 4th string receiver?

I would try it because our slot receiver is out with an ankle injury and because it would be a hell of a wrinke for teams to game plan for.
Some of the alignments could give teams fits to defend.

Its a message board just floating ideas to discuss.

This board is ultra boring sometimes so why not discuss something other than uk and other useless drivel.
