What is the biggest game of the season at home?

Clemson is the biggest name, but we probably wont win.
Kentucky is our rival, but it probably will be a cold rainy game at 12pm.
EKU, UCF, UVA, BC, & CUSE are the others and none of them jump off the page.

I think the big home game is the game that sets the tone. The one we need a big crowd and loud crowd to propel us in a 50/50 game to a victory. One on national TV and one with some pride on the line. The one you do not want to miss and you will drive.

My choice is UCF. The TRUE Home opener(EKU is scrimmage in my book). ESPN game. Good opponent that has been nationally ranked a lot. And we have history. Its on Friday night like it was in 2013. I think this will be the blackout game and ill try to be there to blackout myself! This is a game that could send us on a win streak or struggling on our way to FSU.

Kentucky could be big. Say they are ranked or have 7-8 wins and are looking for another "HISTORIC" (LOL) year and we could send them home sad and end this little win streak they claim to have over us.

I choose the UK game. Lowest hanging fruit in my mind. Admit it or not FB has taken a hit. We need to take back some dominance over the kitties. You can have blinders on but they are gradually making progress as far as recruiting SEC caliber players. Our only saving grace is that their players aren’t as good as the other SEC teams but that is changing with recent wins against UF, Tenn and USC.

I voted Clemson. Stand toe to toe with them, like we used to do not that long ago, and good things will happen. But, "they" say the next one is always the biggest game, so the next home game is EKU. That should be a win. I say that having no idea what to expect from the Cards. Anyway, UCF is obviously a big home game. We'll get their best on a Friday night, prime time game.

To beat them, after all the posturing, chest thumping, and recruiting battles they’ve “won” would be epic.

UCF is important. Very important. But to lose to them would be “just” another loss in time.

uk would be forever.

I voted Clemson because of the national implications for our football program. Nobody else will generate that type of interest outside of our fan base.

GO CARDS!!!

Unfortunately, pUKe is loaded. Those late transfers will impact immediately and Bag Man has it going. UCF will be game to watch, it will tell us one way or another where exactly we are at.

Few teams stand toe to toe with Clemson with a few exceptions and "one off games ". Honestly, I just don't see it being a close game. Hoping I am wrong.

That is my thought.

We can lose to sUcK & Clemson, but I wont consider it a failure since we should be underdogs in both games. Now losing to sUcK will sting as always, but it is not the be all end all of our season. But UCF? They are a great program, but they are in the AAC. We need to have a big crowd and beat them.

Im thinking we are probably 1 and 1 going into that UCF game. A loss and we go to 1 and 2 heading down to Tallahassee and then Wake Forrest the week after, then we come back home for UVA. Id rather have a big win before we get on the road for that stretch. That is the type of game that makes a difference in a 5-7 or 6-6 type year or possibly a 8-4 or even 9-3 type season.

I'd say that game is 90% a loss at this point. But, Clemson did lose quite a bit, and it's a home game. Again, I have no idea what to expect from the Cards. I think we'll see a mix of really bad football, ala 2020, and surprising outcomes similar to 2019.

I did also. They are the measuring stick.
