that we’ve played in a long time. There was good offense and great defense and as a fan, that is what I expect. I loved the celebration and support from our bench while the young freshmen played well. Thank you David Padgett.

The excellent play in the second half helped in forgetting the dreadful play in the first. Got to hand it to CRP, he brought in some talent in this freshman class.

True but would they have played like that if CRP was still coaching? For one thing we wouldn’t have seen five freshman on the court. As much as I liked Rick sometimes I felt he stifled players. Those guys tonight weren’t afraid to play. That defense at one point tonight was the defense I wouldn’t normally expect until late January. Second half of course. Fun game!

The freshmen may like Pitino gone because his boot camp is gone too.

But it's foolish to believe this team is better coached at this point by David Padgett. You just hope that his shortcomings are addressed quickly and that they cost you as few games as possible...

After all that has happened I agree he had to go as well. but let's not re-write history here. The season is a 4 month lesson where the team is locked in and ready for conference and NCAA tournament play. Everyone's pissed off in November, everyone wants to fire him in January after losing to St. Johns or somebody by 30 in January, and he's a hall of famer again in March. It was always the same.

But again, to be clear, he had to go. Whether he was behind it all or knew nothing, either way he had to go.

the county, are helping pay for an arena that they CAN NOT host a game.
