This is a tremendous Cardinal 9 squad. Early on in the season they had some defensive issues which hurt their pitching staff. Those issues seemingly rectified themselves and then Sutton continued to struggle and was switched to second (which I hear is what his position moving forward would most likely be). Hairston goes to SS and now he seems to having issues which has cost the team runs in the last couple of games. I thought Ray really misplayed a ball in the Vandy game which was costly. Other bad throws, base running errors, etc. - these issues are not what this team needs heading into tourney time. Maybe it's a bit of pressure or fatigue - who knows. Let's hope they snap out of it and close out St and then focus in on the ACC tourney.
