Bad Weekend to be a fan of any FL school

It's been a rough one for the Sunshine State this weekend. For the first time since the FBS era began in 1978, a state's teams went 0-6 in a single weekend.

• Miami lost to Georgia Tech 28-23
• Florida lost to Texas 49-17
• Florida State lost to Notre Dame 52-3
• USF lost to Navy 28-7
• UCF lost to Arizona State 38-35
• FAU lost to ECU 49-14

FIU, thankfully for the state's honor, was off in Week 11. It got worse when adding FCS teams: Florida A&M, Stetson and Bethune-Cookman also lost. Then, it got even worse on Sunday in the NFL when the Jaguars and Buccaneers lost. The Dolphins play Monday night to see if the misery can be truly maximized.

Only Miami I believe was an upset. Apparently, it's been a down season for Florida football.
