I told you jokers after our game that this was a 5 loss team. I may have been too generous. I think we can discount that moral victory now.

I disagree. They are right there at the cusp of being a top 25 club.
They were good enough to win 4 of 6 games and that includes wins over UofL and UofK. They're better than the Cards and Cats. They proved it the only way it can be proven. They won. They're so "on the cusp of the top 25" that they received NO voted in the last poll. Took a last second td to get to ot with FCS Jville St. Struggled mightily with San Jose St and UK. But yeah they're right there. Do you watch games? They aren't good.
I agree with that. I never said they were world beaters. I just said they have a "good" team which is a kind way to say they're average. I think if they continue to improve and win their next 2 games, they'll be back in the top 25. They play @ Arkansas then host Ole Miss in the next 2. They're capable of winning both.Auburns D is very suspect at best. Not sure why they did not try and put more pressure on Towels they sit back and let him feel comfortable. Go after him he has a tendency to throw it to the other team when you do.

If my opinion disturbs you so much, then just do what I'm getting ready to do to you. Put me on ignore.Nope. And likely to get destroyed in both. They aren't "good." First you said "good" and "on the cusp of being a top 25 club." I showed you that isn't close to being true and now you're saying "good = average." In other words you're back tracking. They aren't good......not even close. Which I tried to tell the moral victory club after we "played them close."
It is "disturbing" because it is so ridiculous Mr. On The Cusp Of The Top 25.If my opinion disturbs you so much, then just do what I'm getting ready to do to you. Put me on ignore.
Bye.
Yes they are. Not good at all. Have you paid attention to their games ?Neither is Auburn "awful", far from it. The title of this thread stupid.
Auburn's offense looked a lot better against us than they did against you guys.
Strange how that happens
Playing a team that doesn't create turnovers in the secondary improves the QB's ability to perform as well. Who knew? I would say uk knows better than most. If you don't believe it - just ask Kyle Bolin.Playing a QB that can actually throw the ball improves offense, who knew.
Actually that's the same thing our defense did against Auburn until late in the game when we needed to bring more pressure to get the ball back quickly.Maybe that's a function of our defense--we certainly sat back more than you did and tried to take away the home run.
Well I was trying to imply that at least some of the credit for Johnson's horrible game was due to pressure, which you guys were able to get to a greater degree than we were. In reality, I think White is a better player than Johnson as well, so it's probably a combination.Actually that's the same thing our defense did against Auburn until late in the game when we needed to bring more pressure to get the ball back quickly.
The Cards' game plan from the start against Auburn was to keep both safeties back to eliminate the big play and it worked outside of one play but the turnovers and the Tigers' run game gashing our 6 and 7 man fronts made us change late.
