I'm in the process now. I think it's all settled, but still nothing official. It all started in February. I filled out the request on line, asked for a simple relocation, then almost immediately got a response via email from the UofL ticket office. It was basically a "thanks for the request, I'll look into it, please pay now, pay this way, or that way, and buy tickets for the Auburn game." I was kind of put off by it, but hey, they are in the business of making money, so no worries. After that, I didn't hear a thing for months. Around late May, I emailed the guy who emailed me to request a follow up. Again, almost immediately, he calls and emails. I reiterate what I want, where I want to go, he says "cool," and to call him back the first of July. Come July 1, I make the call. He asks the same questions he's been asking since February. Where do I want to go, where am I now, etc.. I clear it all up again, and he's says he'll call back the same day to confirm. Nothing. I let it slide, wait a day or two, then call him back. Yet again, I have to reconfirm my plans. We exchange a few calls that day, and it looks like I'm all set. I wait around 5 days, then I sent him an email to confirm I'm ready to go. He replies almost immediately, says he made the request (to whom I do not know) and he's waiting on confirmation. This past Monday, he emails that he has two seats available in the section I want to go. They're a little higher up from what I used to, but I've been in the same seats since PJCS opened. I'm ready for a change. I accept. And that's where we are at currently. I've heard nothing back saying it's done.

I've attempted a seat relo for basketball in the past, and that was much easier. There wasn't anywhere to upgrade to, but the process felt a lot simpler.
