Is a disciplined football team. I don’t care how unathletic they are. I don’t care if we are undersized. I just want a coach that will instill discipline. Sure tackling, fewer than 5 penalties per game, knowing the play that is called and working together as a unit. That is it. I am so tired of the crap we’ve been watching these last 4 years. It’s like we don’t have a guy on the team with an IQ above 40.
