It's a monster recruiting week for the University of Louisville basketball staff. As the Cardinals prepare for next week's trip to Puerto Rico, the staff is hosting top prospects Markelle Fultz, Andrew Jones and Brandon Robinson this week.
University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino and his staff are keeping busy this week.

Pitino is preparing for a trip next week to Puerto Rico and is coaching the Puerto Rican National team, but he's also in the middle of perhaps his biggest recruiting weekend of the year.

In a span of 96 hours, the Cardinals are hosting three of the elite prospects in the Class of 2016.

Hyattsville, Md., DeMatha Catholic combo guard Markelle Fultz arrived in Louisville on Wednesday and began his official visit. He watched the Cardinals' practice and spent time at Laser Tag with the team on Wednesday night.

Fultz, who is also expected to visit Arizona and Washington, will watch practice again on Thursday and meet with Pitino and his staff before departing from his official visit.

Irving, Tx., MacArthur shooting guard Andrew Jones is visiting five schools in a span of seven days and will be on an unofficial visit to U of L on Thursday. He's unranked but was one of the fastest rising stars of the summer circuit and is expected to soar into the rankings when they are updated later this month.

Jones is also visiting Texas, Baylor, Texas A&M and Arizona.

And last, but certainly not least is Brandon Robinson. The standout wing from Douglasville, Ga., will make his official visit to U of L starting Friday and will check out the Cardinals' in practice on Saturday.

Jones is also expected to soar up the rankings after a sensational summer. He has recently fielded interest from a bunch of new schools, including North Carolina.
