His B-Ball IQ is low. He doesn’t get it. I hope he eventually comes around.

Adel literally has some of the worst ball handling I've ever seen at this level. VJ is right there with him. Any time an opposing player sees Adel or King trying to dribble and make a move they have to be licking their chops at the anticipation of a TO or easy steal.

And it doesn't help them to dribble into traffic either. Would think after losing it a few times a new approach would register.

He did rebound the ball today, but he is slow, has really poor ball handling skills, has trouble guarding, and can't handle another team playing tight defense on him(in other words doesn't blow by many people).

VJ King is right there with him. He is either over rated or under developed. Guy shows a flash or two, then goes back to looking like a guy who shouldn't be on the floor.

I'm rooting for these two guys because it appears they both try hard and want to win. I'm sure they have heard their own hype which probably gets them trying to do too much.

This is not correct. Adel had these same weaknesses and concerns last year and why he didn’t go professional last year. We had DM and even King to substitute if he went one on one. This year we have almost no choice but to play him. The thing is he didn’t improve his ballhandling during the off-season, so he seems to be a guy that’s not putting in the extra work.

Just a thought,but what if Mahmoud was catching it at the high post and King and Adel were "cutters" to the basket.We make it way too easy for defenses to defend us because there is nobody putting pressure on them to defend anything other than slashers and catch-and -shoot guys.

We don't have Peyton Siva to beat his guy on the the hi pick-n-roll,but we still play that tune.i don't get it.Adel will do what he's given and right now they give him his left.

Yeah it's crazy. I haven't seen a Ville squad with such poor handles in a while. I wonder if they watch any film during practices as it's hard to believe that someone on the coaching staff and or other players have not said ' Yo Del, you do realize your chest dribbling right ? . VJ , can't even get out of the way of his own feet. With that said , Q has practically perfected the heads down zombie dribble.
