Florida State advanced by knocking off Boston College. Morgan Jones helped FSU have a pivotal third quarter where the Noles shot 66% from the floor and nailed 4-5 three-point shots. Boston College rallied in the fourth but could not pull it out. NCST awaits Bassy.
Georgia Tech survived having Lorela Cubaj out most of the game when she suffered a chin injury and squeezed past Wake Forest. A defensive struggle that was 20-13 GT at halftime and a 45-40 final. The Bees advanced to try and sting the Irish tonight after the UofL game.
Miami used a 22-15 fourth quarter to get by Duke 61-55, The Canes shot 44% and had 21 free throw attempts. Bye, bye Balogun-- she finished with 12 points for Duke. Miami gets the Cards tonight in the 6 p.m game
