This was a good one. UVA is going for it on 4-1. UVA snaps and Pitt holds them. After the play ref blows the whistle and says refs weren’t in position and that it’s still 4th down. UVA gets the first down on their second try. At the time UVA led 21-19 with just over 5 minutes in the 4th. So it happens to everyone because the ACC refs suck
