does anybody know if TWC carries this channel or if it is going to be shown locally on TV as opposed to ESPN3?

Crappy ESPN3 dont know why Wave which is an ACC affiliate if i'm not wrong. or Whas doesn't pick up exhibition games. I know it's not from a lack of viewership or local business picking up the tab.
