Louisville secondary, one of the nation's best last season, will get a
complete overhaul after losing several key contributors, three of which
declared early for the draft. One player sure to make his way into the
starting lineup is Wiggins, who sat out last season after transferring
from Georgia. He started eight games for the Bulldogs as a true
freshman, recording 19 tackles, two interceptions and four pass
breakups. A four-star recruit from Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek, Wiggins was
ranked nationally as the No. 127 overall player and No. 13 cornerback
in the 2013 cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite.
