As someone who still loved Rick after he left, and was REALLY against the University for pushing him out… This hurts, I gotta stop rooting for St. John’s on the side. Their fans should be mad too, it’s like they’re Pitino’s wife and Kentucky is a stripper, yeah he’s “committed” to one of them, but that’s not going to stop him from flirting with the prettier ones.
Regardless of what school you’re doing it for, why would you cut an NIL check to anyone who could possibly challenge you for a national title, isn’t that Rick’s goal? Isn’t that Kentucky’s goal?
