The penalty from the scandal and losing 2 scholarships have hurt us. Pitino has stated that he likes to have a 3 guard system. We have 2 with Hicks and Snyder.

Not being able to identify a 3rd pg is hurting this team.

As we make our late season push, roles need to be identified and kids need positive reinforcement.

Hopefully we get Q back soon and dont have to many bumps in the road to overcome.

Despite being down 2 scholarship players, we have a team that can make noise in the tourney.

Well wishes to the team that inspite of the situation we band together and work on our shortcomings and make a serious march run.

Go cards

Sure losing two scholarships hurt but losing Onuaku hurt as well. Both Levitch and McMahon can play PG. Face it with 15 guys on a roster you're not going to have an All American just sitting at the 3rd guard slot unless you are possibly Duke or you know who. Is there anything you like about CRP and the Cards? Maybe spend your energy saying positive stuff and maybe you'll be a happier fan.

Sad thing is this is not a slam at all. This is simply an account of his words and how the scandal has affected us. He relishes having 3 guards and we dont have that because of the penalty, but yet have a capable team to go far in the tourney.

I love Pitino and will be clear that it is not blind love.

If you never question anything.... Especially on an opinion board, what exactly is your purpose?

When you say a certain player shouldn't be playing or needs to transfer or a coach needs to be fired, that's not asking a question, it's being negative to the program that you say you love. love = support. Everyone has the right to question some decisions by players and coaches but you get dramatic and try to take it to another level. You either just naturally want to stir things up like Ghost suggested or you're trying to catch zipp in the number of posts.

If the coach refuses to play a player, why is player on the roster.

I believe that is a fair question.

Are you at the practices? Are you a better coach than CRP? A lot of your opinions are not logical and unfounded.
So having the opinion that we seem to have overcome the penalties amd that we have a team that can compete for a national title is unfounded.

Surely your attempt to be adverserial can be stronger than that. Lol

Come on man.

Fans have opinions.

Fans do not need your approval to hold said opinion.

Fans have every right to critique the coach of his team.

I truely believe we have absorbed the penalties and if we can gel as a team and get Q back, make a lot of noise in the post season.

Guard depth is adequate once Q comes back, especially with Levitch and Hicks getting plenty of meaningful minutes until then
Pitino has often stressed his desire for a 3 rd guard. We have overcome the penalties and have a solid shot at a good march run because of it.

At PG, Snider/Hicks/Levitch with Mitchell occasionally is deep enough.

Four guards in Mitchell/Snider/Levitch/Hicks is deep enough as well.
