I actually like the thought of Junior Bridgeman as the AD; mainly because of his business sense.

Not sold on Thad Matta.

Bridgeman needs to be involved in the selection of the AD and coach if he isn’t the AD, but Thad no.

Davenport would be my first pick as coach but hes got a good, stress free life, at a good college and does very well. This pile of crap at the moment would take all of that away.

Thad Matta's career numbers in 17 years as a head coach in college (1 year at Butler, 3 years at Xavier and 13 at Ohio St):

W-L record 439-154 for .740 win % (same as Pitino).
2- Final Fours
8- Regular Season conference championships
7- Conference tournament championships

Clean reputation and a low profile guy. I can still remember his Xavier team dominating the Cards in The 2nd half in the 2003 NCAA tourney in Pitino's 2nd year here.

His last few years at OSU were pretty lackluster but we could do a lot worse.
