ESPNU was showing a replay of the 1989 overtime game between U of L and FSU. I only watched the last 4 minutes of the OT. FSU was pretty much in control by 3. There was no shot clock. Cards missed a few FT that made the game close. Ellison, Kimbro, Payne, Keith Williams, LaBradford Smith. Felton was on the bench. I think Smith had a bum ankle and scored his first points in OT. He missed a few layups ala David Johnson. FSU tried to run the clock out and most thought they were going to win when a freshman named Everick Sullivan drilled a 3 in the same fashion as Kyle Kuric with 1 second left to win. Man that team was loaded.
