Spectrum Debacle

It could be. Cable is near dead and this could be the nail in the coffin if an agreement is not made. I would put money that the black out increased streaming dollars to Hulu and YouTube. I can definitely see Spectrum being a internet provider and dropping the cable service at some point.
ESPN and Hulu are owned by Disney and if you can push subscribers away from Spectrum and over to Hulu then you hold the cards. Spectrum still holds the "wired" card. But at some point that card will fall too as technology progresses.
Should be an interesting fight to watch. I wouldn't go buying any stock in Spectrum at this point.
