I'd sure as $hit take Harrell over Terrence Jones. Rockets love to do their damage from outside the arc or right under the basket - and Harrell fits that mold. There's maybe 2 guys in this draft who are more capable scorers at the rim than Harrell. He's the steal of the draft at 32.
