The recruiting world in college athletics continues to evolve over the years and is competitive as it has ever been.

When it comes to football recruiting, most highly talented kids start picking up scholarship offers during their sophomore season or maybe their freshman season at the earliest.

It doesn’t appear that Carrollton, GA., native Tee Web will have the standard recruiting process.

On Thursday afternoon Webb said via his Twitter account that he’s picked up his first Division 1 scholarship offer and it just so happens to have come from Louisville.
According to Webb’s Twitter profile, the 13 year old is 6-foot-3, and 170 pounds, therefore he’s not your average your average middle school athlete.
