How is uofl constantly so horrible at getting vehicles out. An hour wait for a game that was 60% capacity is awful....no wonder people leave early

The road infrastructure around the stadium is to blame. It’s not UL’s fault that all those cars hit a stoplight within a few yards of the lot’s exit.

I imagine there's no other major stadium that has to channel 100% of its exiting traffic onto one two-lane road!!

Is there a reason LMPD wasn’t helping move traffic in and out of the area rather than relying on the traffic lights? Last night was a joke!

There aren’t enough points of exit and then they feed the same exit point. No way around it. Speed school is the best spot to park it has the best access to 65.

Week night games are always tough coming into stadium because of volume of people coming in at same time because of work.

20,000 cars exiting onto O N E road in a one hour period. That's 300 cars PER MINUTE exiting onto O N E road.

It is not fixable.

The railway doesn’t help either because it limits future road work. I would look for them to add more parking in the empty space by Speed. Need to build a walkway over tracks to make easier access from campus.

The only real options to avoid traffic are leave early or wait an hour after the game ends.

The traffic plan does suck and could easily be improved, but all you have to do is be smarter than the street. It is impossible to move that much traffic away from the stadium, quickly. However, you can park elsewhere, but you have to walk farther. Park by KFEC, Speed or by Churchill and you get out like nothing. Take your pick.
