Since this week is our bye week, what’s everyone gonna watch game wise? I’ll be watching Penn State/Ohio State and Duke/FSU. (for obvious reasons)

All of them or at least as many as possible...but especially the FSU game. Pulling for a Duke (just threw up in my mouth a little) W in this one....then when the Cards kick their azz next week it will cause some consternation in the ACC standing and be much sweeter to celebrate.

Also, I am pulling for whoever plays UNC from here on out. Gotta have them take an L or two too for the Cards to catch them in the standings.

Also, don't sleep on VT and GT in conference records...each only has one loss I believe...can you say spoilers?...as well as Pitt resurgence after taking the Cards down and newfound QB.... wait and see they will be spoilers too.

Hope everyone enjoys their weekend watch of CFB games as much as I do. :) ;)

For all my fellow Sportsbook bettors, what do you guys like in parlays? I've about exhausted my free bonus bets but I've fared well so far. I've still had my share of close losses. Ga Tech's miracle win over Miami cost me $255.

The over/under bets I've had a hard time with, so I pretty much stop putting them in my parlays. I've tried a few different strategies and one that's worked more than others is as follows.

I pick 2 or 3 decent odds bets and then add 5 or 6 heavy favorites but with money line bets, not the spread.

For example of a 9 pick parlay that will pay $195 for a $10 bet.

Moneyline bet means straight up win. No spread.

Tulane, Oklahoma, Oregon, UCLA, Georgia Southern and Ohio U are the 6 Moneyline picks. All six are 16.5 + favorites.

The three other picks for the parlay are not so obvious winners.

Tennessee +9 to Alabama, Penn State +4.5 to Ohio State and Missouri -7 to South Carolina.

If I just bet these three in a parlay, a $10 bet would pay around $100 but if I add 6 "sure thing" wins to the parlay, I win another $90. Of course a couple weeks ago, Miami was a 18.5 point favorite over Ga Tech. So, so much for sure things.

But I've hit some parlays doing this. Won a 10 pick parlay last Saturday for $420 on a $20 bet.

So tomorrow I will be focused on the Penn State/Ohio State game and the Alabama/Tennessee game. If I hit those two I will have a damn good chance to win $345 on just a $5 bet.

Take the 49.5 Under on Baylor/UC.

Duke coming out swinging. Glad we’re playing them after a bye week and at home. They’re a solid team. But I think we win by 6-10 points.
