Baseball drops 2nd game to Arkansas St 4-1

Wow, baseball off to rough start, dropping game 2 to Arkansas St, 4-1. Kidston had another rough outing, lasting only 4 innings, giving up 7 hits, 4 runs, 4 BBs and 4ks. Bright spot is Harrington who finished the game and did not give up any runs. Cards didn't score until the 9th and had 2 on with only 1 out with the score 4-1 but could not produce any more runs.
Offense struggled with only 4 hits, 2 by Corey Ray. Cards were also victimized by 3 errors. Cards are now 2-3 on the young season........

J-Rog struggling early giving up 4 runs on 3 hits and like four walks plus a wild pitch with bases loaded

But hey at least we are thru 2 full innings without an error

J Rog yanked after 3 1/3 innings of BP. 7 runs on 7 hits. Two bad outings by the lefty to start the season. Lets hope he gets back to form very very soon

Harriston with a 2run dinger in the bottom of the 4th to show signs of life but still down 8-3

Whiting picked off takes us outta the 5th smh

Cards come to life in the 6th and 7th putting up 5 runs to head to the 8th tied at 8

Cards put up 6 in bottom of 8th

Wasn't pretty but Cards win 14-8 to avoid the sweep
