Assigned Purple Lot Parking

I got a 2023 FB invoice today and it list my assigned parking section, row and seat in the Purple lot. Don't understand the significance of the seat numbers though..

They are having an open house and an online survey to review Purple Lot parking. If you get the survey please fill it out. The current parking situation is flippin dumb.
